Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


The Short Version

  • 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Refunds issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return
  • Exchanges available for size or color swaps (subject to availability)
  • Free return shipping on domestic U.S. orders — international customers cover return shipping

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, or pet hair
  • In its original condition with all tags still attached
  • Returned in its original packaging when possible

We inspect every return upon arrival. Items that don't meet these conditions may be returned to you or refunded at a reduced amount at our discretion.


What Can't Be Returned

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through wear, washing, or improper care
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without original tags attached

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@etrnlprpse.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it at any USPS location
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days

You'll get an email confirmation at each step.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out to support@etrnlprpse.com and we'll get you set up.

Since our drops are limited, we can't always guarantee the replacement size or color will be in stock. If it's unavailable, we'll process a full refund instead — your call.

To make sure the new piece doesn't sell out while your return is in transit, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement and returning the original for a refund. We'll always do our best to honor exchanges, but inventory moves fast.


Refund Timing

Once we receive your return and confirm everything's in order:

  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Bank posting time: Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)

If you haven't seen your refund after 14 business days, email support@etrnlprpse.com and we'll trace it.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, that's on us. Email support@etrnlprpse.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return the damaged item in most cases.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, responsibility shifts to the recipient. If your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Reach out to us at support@etrnlprpse.com — we'll do what we can to help, but Eternal Purpose isn't responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries that are lost or stolen after the fact

For peace of mind, we recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for orders going to high-risk delivery areas.


International Returns

We're glad to ship worldwide — but a few notes for international customers:

  • You're responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method (we can't refund items we don't receive)
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate

Gifts

Received an Eternal Purpose piece as a gift? We can help with exchanges and store credit.

Email support@etrnlprpse.com with the order number (if you have it) or the name and email of the person who placed the order. We'll arrange a store credit for the value of the item so you can pick something you love.
